Refund Policy

We stand behind Volt Fleet Academy. If the program isn't the right fit for you, we offer a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of $900 if you request it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of your purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to refunds@voltfleetacademy.com from the email address used at purchase, with the subject line "Refund Request". Include:
- Your full name.
- The email address used at purchase.
- The date of purchase.
- A brief reason (optional, but helpful - we use it to improve the program).
You do not need to justify your request. The refund is granted automatically if the 14-day window applies.
3. Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, no refunds are issued, regardless of usage or progress in the program. This is because the program is fully delivered digitally and access cannot be revoked retroactively in a way that recovers our delivery costs.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to revoke your access to all program materials and the private community. We always prefer that you contact us directly - refunds within 14 days are unconditional, so a chargeback is never necessary.
6. Exceptions
This Refund Policy does not apply to:
- Bonus products or third-party services purchased separately.
- Subscriptions or installment plans (the program is sold as a one-time purchase only).
- Fraudulent or abusive purchases.
